Hope-filled prayer
I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone - for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Saviour, who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. 1 Timothy 2:1-4
Making Prayer Central
Our aim, is to keep prayer central in all that takes place with HOPE, and that is why HOPE was launched at a prayer gathering in July 2010. We wanted to start as we mean to go on, seeking God’s heart and following that, as we declare the Gospel through word and deed.
Let us:
H - Honour the name of Jesus and not be ashamed to be His follower
O- Obey God's word and seek to serve with love and compassion
P- Pray for those we come into contact with
E- Expect the Holy Spirit to work through us as we live the good news
