Alpha Re-Inspired!

In a nutshell	In preparation for the autumn Alpha Invitation and the season of HOPE Explored, 130 delegates from 22 churches from all over Coventry and Warwickshire got together for an ‘Equip and Refresh day’ in May.
Who has done it?	22 churches from all over Coventry and Warwickshire
How did it work?	Equip and Refresh is an Alpha conference to inspire and refresh course leaders and helpers so that they are enthused to either keep going or to start afresh. The title of the day was ‘Alpha out of the Box’; new ways of doing what is old hat to many.
The Outcome	They now have 18 courses running in the area and a new local website www.coventryalpha.com. They found their numbers on their regional Holy Spirit away day doubled from 150 to 300! This meant having to change venue three times to accommodate the numbers – what a brilliant problem to have!
