The Andover Passion brings churches together for the most important weekend of the Christian calendar, graphically recreated the scenes of the crucifixion. The public play will be performed in Andover High Street on Good Friday, depicting Christ's trial, crucifixion and resurrection. It follows the Andover Churches Together Service and Walk of Witness procession.

 

The script was written and adapted by Peter Hutley MBE , who is well known for the Wintershall productions of Life of Christ.

 

The group, backed by HOPE Andover and Test Valley Borough Council, has drawn its members from throughout the Christian community in Andover and district.
