Hello! I’m Rachel, and it’s a real privilege to lead the amazing Hope Together team. I’ve been passionate about introducing others to Jesus since I was small and I still think choosing to follow Jesus is the most important thing that anyone can do. Some highlights of what I’ve done prior to Hope Together include being part of a YWAM team in the red light district of Amsterdam and gaining a PhD from King’s College London. I’m still fired up by evangelism and excited by good research.
Alex Richards

Hey, y'all! I’m Alex. I'm thrilled to help steer and produce the exciting mix of projects our team dreams up. I believe the secret to big wins is a colour-coded spreadsheet and, yes, a cupcake to keep things joyful. I’m passionate about helping everyone see that God’s love is big enough for all of us, and building spaces where people feel welcome, included, and safe. I love bringing creative energy and a dash of whimsy to our work and our culture.
Zoe Kilpatrick

Hey! I’m Zoe, Rachel’s EA at Hope Together, so I help things run smoothly here on the day to day! I also work in student mission at my church, which basically means I love Jesus, love people, and love talking about faith whenever I get the chance. I’m super passionate about evangelism, creativity, and helping others encounter God. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me painting or dreaming up my next creative project.
Belle Quinlan
Head of Communications
I’m Belle, usually found juggling a comms plan, a show tune, and a baby, occasionally all at the same time. I've spent over a decade working in marketing and social media, finding creative ways to tell meaningful stories. I have a slightly unusual combo of a Master’s in Theology (Elim Theological College) and a Master’s in Musical Theatre (Guildford School of Acting), which pretty much sums up my love of storytelling, creativity, and exploring life’s bigger questions. I’m also an actor and mum to Willow, and I’m married to Ken. I’m passionate about bringing creativity and beauty together to help people encounter the love of Jesus in ways that feel warm, inclusive, and full of joy.

Laurence is currently the Director of Cell UK, which involves him in working with numerous churches. He is the author of Sowing Reaping Keeping, Loving the Lost, and Beyond the Clouds.

Sue joined Hope Together as treasurer in 2025.
Rev Nigel Coles
Trustee
Nigel Coles is the Regional Team Leader of the West of England Baptist Association (WEBA), facilitating the life of the WEBA network team and overseeing the missional strategy for the region.
Rev Mark Greenwood
Trustee
Mark is the Director of Evangelism for Elim Churches UK. He has been a full-time itinerant evangelist since 1988 and is an associate evangelist with J.John. He is passionate about equipping and resourcing Christians to journey with others.
Pauline Mack
Trustee
Pauline is the CEO of Yellow Ribbon Community Chaplaincy which provides wraparound and holistic support to prison leavers. Originally a chartered accountant and senior performance specialist with the Audit Commission, Pauline was called into 24-7 prayer for Telford in 2011.
Pastor David Sola Oludoyi
Trustee
Pastor David Sola Oludoyi (PDSO) is a qualified medical doctor who has transitioned into full-time ministry. He currently serves as a Special Assistant to the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Deputy Continental Overseer (DCO) of RCCG Europe Continent, and Regional Pastor of UK Region 3. Additionally, he is the Senior Pastor of Royal Connections, London, UK.
